Meal Plan Monday

Just another Manic Monday?  My exciting news is that I drove to work today so that I don't forget to get my car inspected again.  My life is so thrilling it's actually difficult to deal with sometimes.  Also, the cord came for my new camera, which is awesome.  This week, expect better pictures!

I really need to get on the bandwagon with this eating right thing.  I've been eating (and drinking) way too much lately, it's time to go back to eating less.  Starts tomorrow.

Tuesday:
Smoothie (I have protein powder, so that's nice)
Leftovers with salad
Veggie Samosas

Wednesday:
Smoothie
Salad, samosa
Out with Laura (but I'm totes ordering an app, not a giant meal)

Thursday:
Smoothie
Salad, leftovers
Stir Fry with Tofu and Veggies (I have this curry sauce that has been languishing in my pantry for a year...guess I should use that)

Friday:
Smoothie
Salad, leftover stir fry
Out for Christy's birthday a week late

So hopefully if I can keep my portions under control, this shouldn't be better.   I just need to keep the snack attacks under control.
